GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
The Digital Performance Manager will be responsible for developing and executing performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, conversion, and retention across digital channels. This position requires a deep understanding of various digital marketing channels and techniques, including lead generation, social media, SEO/SEM, and performance marketing. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing digital campaigns, optimizing performance metrics, and delivering measurable results.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies to achieve business objectives, including customer acquisition, lead generation, and revenue growth.
- Manage digital advertising campaigns across various channels, including search engines (Google Ads), social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok), display networks, and other relevant channels.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copy optimization to maximize campaign performance and ROI.
- Implement tracking mechanisms to accurately measure and analyze campaign performance.
- Monitor campaign metrics from leads to customer conversion and provide regular reporting and analysis to stakeholders.
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic, manage SEM campaigns, including keyword research, ad creation, and performance analysis, and utilize analytics tools to monitor and report on SEO/SEM performance.
- Oversee all performance marketing activities, including display, retargeting, and affiliate marketing.
- Analyze performance data to identify trends and insights, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Identify opportunities for campaign optimization and A/B testing to improve performance and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and developers, to align campaign messaging and creative assets with marketing objectives.
- Stay informed about industry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge in performance marketing initiatives.
REQUIREMENTS
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, platforms, and best practices.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, analyze performance metrics, and derive actionable insights.
- Experience with data analysis tools.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate campaign strategies, results, and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 6 years of experiences in related field.
- Proven experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or a related role.
- Proficiency in digital advertising platforms, such as Google Ads or similar platforms.
